HotelnAir.com’s core business is sourcing charter flights and airline seats
for the Korean B2B market. Initially the company sourced flights mainly for the two partners
but currently has expanded its offerings to secondary travel agencies as well.

HotelnAir.com’s main role is to accurately forecast market trends, assemble alliances of travel agencies and negotiate charter flights and airline seats on behalf of the alliance as well as the two main partners, Mode Tour and Hana Tour.

  • Past and previous charter flight operations include Korean Air direct flight to Sanya China in 2012 and again starting from May 2015, Vietjet Airlines direct flight to Hanoi/Danang in 2014 Korean Air direct flight to Kotakinabalu from 2011 to 2014, EastStar Airlines to Bangkok/Phuket from 2011 to 2014 and may others

  • We deal with major global airlines for sourcing airline seats and currently source seats from over 30 different airlines such as Korean Air, Asiana, Japan Airlines, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Air Macau etc.

  • In 2014, HotelnAir.com sourced over 347,000 airline seats on behalf of travel agencies including Hana Tour and Mode Tour in Korea. HotelnAir.com sourced only 15% of the total airline seats to both Hana Tour and Mode Tour and as travel expands to other destinations outside of Asia, the company will have the capability and potential to expand its seat offerings to both partners in the future

Global Hotels and Resort Representation

HotelnAir.com created the Hotel and New Business Team in late 2014 to expand its business offerings and focus on introducing new Hotels and Resorts to the Korean travel market.

HotelnAir.com currently has GSA representation partnerships with Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay in Hainan, China as well as Paradise Suites Hotel in Vietnam. The company also has PSA contracts with Renaissance Sanya Resort and Spa and Haikou Marriot in Hainan, China as well as Bluesky Hotel in Mongolia.

n 2014, HotelnAir.com sourced 8,500 room nights to our partners and is expected to increase its hotel offerings to 40,000 room nights within 2015 through the new team setup and additional hotel representations.

Attractions / Show Ticket

Another key business area managed by the Hotel and New Business Team is sourcing local attraction and shows in each destination.

HotelnAir.com works closely with land operators and is always searching for new attractions/shows in the destination where the company already works with whether it be flights or hotels.

HotelnAir.com currently has a GSA Partnership with Paradise Luxury Cruise in Halong Bay, Vietnam as well as a GSA Partnership with Sanya Doncheng Romance Park show in the Korean market.

The company is always looking for ‘must see’ attractions and shows in each destination and more importantly plans to create a new system and culture where Korean travelers ultimately pre-book these attractions /
shows before departing Korea.

Rent Car

For the first time in Korea, HotelnAir.com has contracted with major international rent-car companies to create an ‘all-in-one’ system within Hana Tour and Mode Tour’s website.

This platform allows users to easily select a car type,

compare prices and directly reserve cars online without having to go to each independent rent car website. More importantly this system allows international rent car brands to be exposed to both Hana Tour and Mode Tour’s massive online customer network and in return, customers will have easy access to compare prices and reserve cars.
Partners include Hertz, Europcar, Enterprise, Alamo, Thrifty, National, Dollar etc.

Launched in April 2015, HotelnAir.com forecasts about 10,000 cars to be rented via the new platform in 2015 and is expected to increase to
25,000 cars in 2018
